Very informative video. Great for beginners or anyone wanting to play with small toys. But if you plan to play with 18 inch toys or longer, then you need to flood the whole colon multiple times. I usually flood with 3-5 litres in order to get the whole colon clean including the descending and transverse colon.. It takes longer to clean but it's worth it. The hardest thing about flooding the whole colon is just sitting on the toilet for about 20 minutes when 3-5 litres has been injected. One tip from this techniques is not to push. Just relax and let it come our naturally. You will most likely know you are empty when the last bit of water comes out and then you have a little air (FART) come out.
